Meeting Chip Kidd
While my former business partner and I were kickin it back in the day with the Former Factory Design Co™, we had the opportunity to meet Chip Kidd in his office in Manhattan. Great guy. We had just come off of the Express Hang Tag project which Chip had also been comissioned. We met him the night before at the artist reception party and he invited us to drop by. Old pic, this was back in 03.

Thanks man, I actually hadn't seen that yet. I think that Chip is right, the progression is trending to creating your own content. I'm working on a book pitch right now and know many others who are always creating their own product. Good stuff, his band is great too by the way.
Nice. Where did you have that lil' gem stashed away?
Do you not have those pics from NYC? If not, I'll zip em up and shoot em over.
